Warranty
Big Joe products come with a limited lifetime warranty for workmanship and components. This warranty does not include misuse or accidents resulting in damage. Warranty is not transferable or assignable and will only be issued to the original owner. The warranty will only be valid for those who have a registered warranty card and a receipt showing the date of purchase.
Repair
We offer free repair and return shipping on any of our products as long as the internal circuitry hasn't been previously tampered with by anyone outside of our shop.
